I have cancelled my weekly extra corporate gig because it was killing me.
I now only teach for two hours per day on the weekends, which is comfortable - except for the part where i spend an hour on my scooter either way weaving through Bangkok traffic.

This gives me more time to hang out in my apartment and discover things about myself.

A List:

1) I am actually a pretty good cook.
2) When I sit at my desk without a bra, I can rest my boobs on the desk top. This leads to my back feeling unbelieveable amounts of relief.
3) I like the new shows that have come out eg Scream, Stitchers, Killjoys etc
4) I have successfully applied to do my degree and shall be studenting shortly.
5) My Dramione Duet is about 500 words in. My Reel_Merlin is 8000 words in and I've only hit one plot point so far. gaaaahhhhh
6) I rediscovered my love for Asterix comics.
7) My new spirit animal is Miranda Hart
8) I am definitely suffering from PTSD from the events of 2013-2014.
9) Hanging out naked in my apartment is not just a luxury, its a nessecity.
10) Doing yoga in my apartment turns into Bikram yoga with a lot of gross sweaty slipping.
11) There are no good yoga videos on youtube. Every single one of those yogis are as dry as a bowl of the granola they eat - without the nice raisins to make it fun. WHERE ARE THE FUN, JOKEY YOGIS?????
12) Y'all are Jon Snow when it comes to the heat. I live in a permanent summer. Haven't worn a sweater in nearly a year. And I love it!

And yes - I'm still here.

Studenting sounds like a step in the right direction. Are you staying in Asia to student?

Isn't Asterix hilarious? I revisit my books every couple of years. If I had a dog I'd name it Getafix (Dogmatix is ridiculously cute, but, come on, Getafix!).

Reel Merlin! I'm looking forward to reading and seeing what movie you chose.

It's great to hear you're doing pretty well, though the PTSD sucks. It was a terribly stressful and sad time.

Yep. Its cheaper to stay here and study than anywhere else in the world. Plus its the only place in the world I can actually stay.

Asterix was the comic my dad read to me as a kid. he did all the voices and it was so special.

PTSD sucks, but like with everything I have good days and bad days.

Oh, reel merlin, 8k is good tho!
I agree with point 12 -- am a crybaby -- but I still can't cope with the 34° it was today. I'm not used to this. Somebody do something.
In September I'm thinking of adding yoga to my normal gym sessions. I hope it's not too punishing on the knees, 'cause mine are utter crap.

ETA: I want to start on Asterix because I used to love the cartoons!

In all fairness, when it gets below 25 degrees C, I can't handle it. I become a bear. The cold is not my friend.

Yoga is amazeballs. Its low low impact on all joints which is why I do after 12 years of ballet, my knees are fucked, so many aerobics are out. Jogging has resulted in boob sponsored black eyes and bad knee hurting (god, my vocab at 7am sucks)
You might want to give aerial yoga a try. you hang in a scarf from the roof. Its so much fun and even lower joint impact.
I wonder if there's a Dharma yoga video out there?
