Sep. 6th, 2012 02:55 pmAs I sit and type this, there is a massive rain storm happening outside our office window. It's the first rain of the spring/summer season and after a paltry, almost British start, the rain has turned it up to full on Jo'burg attitude and I love it!
This is the only time my car gets washed...
Things are coming along with the Mozambique move. I have to hand in certified copies of my ID and Passport for my work permit and I start at the local office on the 18th, spending a few days to get acquainted with the system. Looks liek I'll be on site by the 25th September.
the only drag now is surviving the last few days here in the office. each day is dragging its heels and the people irritating me more and more.
Tomorrow we're having a BBQ (braai) here at our office, so i plan to leave early so i can get a head start on my weekend - them fics ain't gonna write themselves...
What BBC shows are you all digging these days? I've got a soft spot for Bad Education. just thought i'd throw that out there.
