Dear God...
Mar. 4th, 2013 08:50 amI'm not a very religious person. I'm not even a real believer. But this weekend, I have been praying harder than I ever have before.
On Saturday night, I got a call from my bf's step mom, informing me that he collapsed on site and is in a coma.
Cerebral Malaria.
This is a fatal disease.
After many calls and messages, they eventually flew him out from Zambia to Jo'burg where he is currently on life support. There is no detectable brain function.
I'm flying out tomorrow. its the earliset i can go as I had to stay here for some meetings that I couldn't miss by order of the big boss.
He's going to be okay. He has to be. I only just found him.
I haven't slept since Saturday (its Monday morning now) and I can't stop asking the universe and god to spare him. He has to wake up.
Whether you're a believer or not, I'm just asking my friends to please send out positive thoughts and prayers. I don't usually do this, but this man is in my future and he's so very important to me.
