So, in an effort to stop looking like the fat aunt in every photo, i signed up for the Smartfit 12 week challenge at my gym.
It consists of three days training with a trainer, two days cardio and one day of bootcamp.
Today was day two. I'm battling to do anything with my legs.
I've also realised that my centre of balance has left the building.
I have 30kg (60lbs) to lose by August.
I'm too tired to write. Too tired to think. Too tired in general.
