Queen of the Geeks...

Since taking over another division of work, my desk has been piled with files. Really thick files.
So I was thinking - I want to get a mini Batman figurine and stick him to my screen like he's about to leap onto the stacks of skyscraper files next to it.

My boss just rolled her eyes at my suggestion.
So now I really want to do it.

With the LOOOOONG Easter weekend coming up, I'll be interwebless until next week Tuesday (don't have web at home as broadband has yet make its way to SA and I'm not paying out of my ass for shitty ADSL).

So to combat my forseen boredom, I have invited some friends over with instructions to bring thier computers, we'll have a projector (I don't own a TV) and we'll spend the whole weekend catching up on series they've downloaded while pigging out on chips and beer. Maybe even a pizza.

Ah, yes - I'm quite the cheapskate.

And you know what? Maybe I'll even get some writing done while I'm at it - there's a High School AU that is just being evil to me. It must be finished.
